Call
Open the device phone handler with the selected number. The Execution queue advances locally; that is not confirmation that Jordan answered or that a call was logged in the CRM.

The sales question
New inquiries, overdue follow-ups and ageing deals compete for the same time. Sellers need a reason for the next conversation. Leaders need to see whether the next steps behind the forecast are credible.
MarketLyfter OS brings authorized CRM context, sales preparation and review views into the workflow. Use the evidence to choose the priority, prepare the conversation and make the follow-up specific.
Review ownership, recent activity and missing next steps before working through the queue.
Use the available prospect and business context to ask relevant questions and review the draft.
Record the outcome and next step so the seller and the team can return to the same question.
For the seller / A worked preparation
Follow Alex Rivera preparing to contact Jordan Lee at Northstar Health. Both are fictional sample records. The screens show preparation; no call or message has been sent.
Use Leads to review follow-up pressure and ownership. In Execution, select the representative and queue order, then inspect the chosen lead, contact or opportunity and the signals available for it.
Jordan’s sample record shows Alex as the representative, Northstar Health as the company and Google Ads as the source. That supports a conversation to understand the current need; it does not tell Alex what Jordan wants to buy.
Where recorded, preparation can also include submitted needs, answers, form and campaign context. Missing details remain missing. Execution’s workspace rep selector has a different scope from owner-filtered sales analytics.
B.A.K.E.R. can prepare a script using the authorized record, your saved business identity and available official website context. Workspace guidance can shape tone, length, discovery questions and the follow-up.
Review the objective, opening line, questions, voicemail and message drafts. Keep the company’s claims accurate and let Jordan describe the need in their own words. Source and submitted details help preparation without becoming lines to recite to the prospect.
From the sample preparation“What is the most useful outcome for your team this quarter?”
For this conversation, Alex can confirm who should be involved, what the team needs to evaluate and whether a further discussion would be useful.
AI refinement needs configured services and budget. If it is unavailable, the app can show a labelled local fallback. Check the notice and saved state before relying on the draft.
03 / TAKE THE REVIEWED NEXT STEP
Choose the appropriate channel after reviewing Jordan’s contact details and the message. These controls hand off to your device’s communication apps.
Open the device phone handler with the selected number. The Execution queue advances locally; that is not confirmation that Jordan answered or that a call was logged in the CRM.
Open the default email app with the recipient and draft body. Review the message there and send it yourself. Generating or opening the draft does not send it.
Open the messaging handler with the prepared text where supported. A clipboard fallback helps carry the draft across. Review the recipient and content before sending.
04 / RECORD WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
After the conversation, record the outcome and agreed next step in your CRM. Use an Action Center task for owned follow-up, with a due date and a reference to the relevant record.
For Jordan, that could mean noting the need they actually described, who will join the next discussion and when Alex should return. This is a proposed follow-up, not a result shown in the sample.

Explore owned follow-upAn optional conversation review
When recording is appropriate and consent is confirmed, the browser microphone can capture audible conversation for transcription and B.A.K.E.R. coaching. Use speakerphone or another approved audio setup that makes both sides audible.
The workflow needs microphone permission, a supported browser and configured transcription and AI services. It saves the transcript and review to the workspace and discards raw audio after processing.
Opening the phone app does not automatically record both sides. The current capture shows the consent and setup state, with recording still disabled.
For the sales leader
Move between the deal, lead, owner and forecast views to ask where the team needs to act. Read the dates and data scope before comparing the measures.
Review open value, weighted value and stage distribution, then inspect the largest opportunities. Use the Stale and Needs follow-up views to focus the discussion on timing, ownership and the next action.
Ask what has changed on an ageing deal, whether the next step is recorded and whether the close date is still credible. An attractive pipeline total is the start of that discussion.
Deal age, inactivity and a missing next step are different signals. Check the underlying record before deciding why a deal has stalled.
In Leads, review Uncontacted, Stale and Needs follow-up reporting views. Open the lead directory to inspect the authorized inventory and its own filters, then check a record’s status, source, owner and attention flags.
For example, the directory flags sample lead Taylor Brooks for follow-up and a next step. Agree the responsible seller and what to check before preparing the outreach.
The complete authorized directory has its own scope. A reporting filter above it does not automatically remove records from that directory.
Team brings open pipeline, open deals, won revenue, recorded activity, follow-through and stale-deal counts together by owner. Use the selected period to discuss where a seller needs support.
Compare activity with the seller’s actual opportunities and responsibilities. A small activity count or a single rate does not explain the quality of the conversation.
Team visibility follows the authorized analytics scope. The sample uses a leadership session; it does not establish that every seller can see every colleague.
Forecast & Targets puts projected revenue, weighted forecast, revenue at risk and stale opportunities beside the configured target and planning estimates. Review the reporting window before comparing it with Pipeline or Team.
Use the target gap to focus the discussion: which deals need a credible next step, what would change their timing, and what additional demand would be needed under the current assumptions?
These are deterministic estimates from synchronized CRM records and configured targets. They are not a promise of future revenue or an AI prediction.
The evidence behind the review
Data Quality helps identify supported hygiene and follow-up findings, including stale records and missing next steps. Check source freshness, issue priority and the record behind the finding before preparing cleanup work.
Agree who will investigate or correct the CRM record, then review the synchronized evidence. A confidence score or estimated impact helps prioritize attention; it does not repair the record or establish a lost sale.
Coverage varies by CRM. Salesforce and GoHighLevel have supported hygiene paths; the current Dynamics view does not provide the same issue and health-score coverage.

Opportunity Finder
Where enabled and configured, distinguish known unconverted leads, anonymous demand and public-prospect research. Review the available sources and existing relationships before deciding what deserves outreach.
Capture preparation and suggested next steps still need a reviewed fit, an owner and a decision to proceed. Anonymous demand is not an identified person, and a suggested approach does not contact anyone.
Conversations & Appointments
With GoHighLevel selected and a ready, synchronized location, this view reports conversation response, unread workload and appointment activity.
Availability follows provider configuration and access. It is an analytics view; the device-handler workflow in Execution remains the route described here for preparing and carrying out outreach.
Beyond the sales queue
Review available campaign, form and source evidence alongside the lead’s progression. Agree what “qualified” means and what the seller actually learned before changing acquisition direction.
Jordan’s Google Ads label is a starting point for that review. It is not proof of a particular campaign journey or buying intent.
Explore MarketingBefore promising delivery timing or capacity, ask an authorized colleague to review the available operational evidence. Record the constraint and who must confirm the commitment.
Mapped operational context can inform the discussion. A deal does not automatically have every delivery, cost or capacity record linked to it.
Explore OperationsChoose the sales workflow
Turn the available lead context into a reviewed conversation and a clear follow-up.

Before the next conversation
No. Execution prepares the draft and opens the device’s email or messaging handler. Review and send it in that app. Text prefilling depends on the device; a clipboard fallback is available.
Call opens the phone handler and advances the local queue. It does not confirm that a conversation happened or write a completed call back to the CRM. Recording is a separate, consent-based microphone workflow with its own audio and provider requirements.
Use only the source details and business context available to the workspace. The app can show a labelled local preparation fallback when AI refinement is unavailable. Review the notice, saved state and wording; do not treat missing prospect information as a fact.
Sales analytics follows role and record scope. Execution deliberately uses shared workspace CRM data with a representative selector, so its scope differs. The sample captures use a leadership session; confirm the intended team access during setup.
Salesforce, GoHighLevel and mapped Microsoft Dynamics records have supported CRM paths, with differences in data and feature coverage. Conversations & Appointments depends on the selected GoHighLevel location and sync. Data Quality does not provide identical findings across all three providers.
